Yellow brick road zoanthids
Zoanthus sp
Care Summary
Community submission by Phu Huynh
Yellow Brick Road Zoanthids are a vivid named morph with saturated yellow coloration that holds across a wide range of lighting — they're one of those beginner corals that actually looks expensive and rewards new reefers with quick visual impact. Bottom placement with medium light and moderate flow; yellow pigmentation in zoanthids is generally stable, but extreme low-light placement will shift the color toward olive-green over time. Growth is moderate which makes colony building accessible without the management overhead of fast-spreading morphs — place them where you want them and let them fill in naturally. Feed weekly with a broadcast zooplankton food and enjoy one of the lowest-maintenance named morphs in the hobby; Yellow Brick Road is the coral you recommend to someone who wants a collector piece without the collector-level stress.
