Valida Acropora

Valida Acropora is a compact branching species with tight, upright growth and vivid axial corallites — it colors up fast under good conditions and is one of the more rewarding fast-growing SPS you can run in a high-energy system. Top of the tank, full intensity lighting, and strong alternating flow — this one won't tolerate being tucked away in a mid-tank compromise position. Because it grows fast, it can outgrow its allocated space and start shading neighbors before you notice; plan for its footprint and frag it proactively rather than reactively. Dose amino acids or run a light carbon source to push the coloration and supplement with Polyp Lab Reef-Roids weekly — growth rate like this demands fuel.
