Sun Zoanthids

Palythoa grandis is a large-polyped zoanthid that spreads aggressively and can overgrow slower corals if not managed. Its mucus contains palytoxin, one of the most toxic natural substances, so gloves and eye protection are mandatory when handling. Despite the hazard it is a popular and easy-to-keep zoanthid.
