Pauciflorum Leather Coral

Lobophytum pauciflorum is a flatter, more spreading leather coral with a distinctly lobed shape that gives it a different silhouette from the rounder Sarcophyton types. Mid-tank under moderate light with steady medium flow; it appreciates good circulation across its surface to keep detritus from settling in its folds. Like all Lobophytum, it cycles through shedding phases — the waxy sheen before a shed is your cue to have your carbon ready and avoid prodding it. Zero feeding requirement; water quality and consistency matter far more to this coral than anything you'd target feed it.
